Home staging makes the buyer think “I have to have this home.” Staging creates an emotional response from the buyer. A staged home helps buyers visualize the property as a future home. This is critical in getting the highest sales price. According to the National Association of Realtors, 25% of buyers increase their offer between 1% to 5% on a staged home. Staging is an optional cost to the seller but is encouraged to get a higher sales price.
